The hyatt is a beautiful hotel and right in the heart of things on the riverwalk. Sounds like you had got a good deal.

i live in sa but i think i would rather drive than fly. the hyatt is awesome hotel. Doing the whole riverwalk thing huh? the total is a good deal I would say

Personally, I’d drive (3 hours by car from anyplace west of downtown Houston), but if you’re by IAH more power to you.

Two nights at the Hyatt? That’s about $350 plus the gas money if you drove. Still, you’re flying (two plane tickets) and I’m sure getting transported from SAT to the Riverwalk and back.

Not bad at all. Have a good time!

It isn’t a great deal, but it is a very good deal. This is a nice package, and it is convenient when the trip comes packaged as you describe.

Of course how good a deal it is depends on when the trip is, and some other factors.

This could be booked, at this time, without any discounts applied, for about $645.00, so $606.00 is a pretty good deal. After all you are saving $39.00 and that will get you a meal on the Riverwalk.

However, it is a nice hotel, with a great location. If you come to the city at the right time, it would be a great package.

Have a great time in San Antonio!

EDIT: Lando, that is better, but there is still an edge. I have to admire your determination.

Yes thats a great hotel and the riverwalk is gorgeous,dont stray far however and dont dare criticize SA's shortcomings,I havnt stayed at the hyatt in SA but ive stayed in hyatts in other cities and all of them have been wonderful,decent restaurants/bars, nice peopleReferences :
