This fabulous 4 bedroom and loft plus 3 bath home has it all and is just steps from the beach! The huge screened lanai overlooks a lovely koi pond and has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. In the game room, the addition of the pool table, foosball table and electronic dart board have been a big hit with the young and old alike! Work out in the weight room or take a dip in the newly added above ground heated swimming pool. Some of the best snorkeling on the island and you can long board right outside the point! Sleeps 12 comfortably. Amenities include outdoor gas grill, fishing kayak, washer/dryer, HDTV with stereo system and DVD player in living room, TV’s with cable service in every bedroom, a fax/color printer and copier that is hooked up to a computer with a high speed internet access and now unlimited, free long distance calling to the US and Canada. We are located a hundred feet down our driveway to the Kahaluu Beach, one of the most popular swimming and best snorkeling sites in the Kona district. The salt-and-pepper colored sand beach is fed by a fresh water spring and has plenty of shady trees for those wishing to stay out of the sun. If you are a fan of snorkeling then these almost always calm waters is the place to be with colorful corals, rock formations, over 100 species of fish, and green sea turtles. For those wishing to ride the waves of the ocean, the north end of the beach is where the waves break and is best for body boarding and surfing. Kahaluu Beach is perfect for families, kids, and any type of vacationer with facilities including a pavilion, rest rooms, showers, and a lifeguard tower. The beach also has concession stands, surf school, and beach rental gear stores located nearby. Take some time away and enjoy all that Kahaluu Beach has to offer.
