Can you switch a Disney vacation to get a better deal?

I am booked for a disney vacation in May. I got the 300 dollar giftcard promotion, but now Disney is offering a 25% off deal. That would actually save me about 500 dollars. Is it possible to switch deals. Maybe Cancel reservation and book a new one, or can they just switch my deal?
