My wife and I want to go someplace hot and tropical, with lots of culture and not many tourists. We were thinking about Indonesia or the Philppines, or possibly Nicaragua. Can anybody give me more suggestions?
For a tropical vacation, some good choices include India, Thailand and Cambodia. If you prefer Africa, Kenya would be excellent.

Indonesia and the Philippines are expensive destinations. Indonesia is a good choice but most tourist destinations there such as Bali are usually very crowded. The Philippines is expensive for no reason and the tourism infrastructure there leaves much to be desired.
