Which of these three cities will be the best vacation?

My girl friends & I (all about 25) are taking a vacation together next year. We don’t get to spend much time together now that we’ve started our careers and live farther apart. We’re trying to decide between:

Savannah, GA
Myrtle Beach, SC
Charleston, SC

Which place is best and why?! We want to stay right on the beach.
Heh, we’re definitely not looking to meet any guys, as I’m married and every one else has a long-term boyfriend. But we are looking to have a fun time hanging out together and relaxing on the beach!


Mandy – for the age group you mentioned, I think definitely Myrtle Beach. Both the others are lovely cities and you will enjoy them when you are older and looking for less excitement:)

    Go to Myrtle Beach!

    If you ladies want to have fun and go down on the beach, (and maybe meet some guys) go to Myrtle Beach. I think that that would be the most fun place to go and hang out with your friends. Who knows, bring a tent and camp on the beach and maybe set up on of those beach bonfires. I think it would be a little more fun than just staying in a hotel room.

    It depends on what you are looking for: a loud, crazy, beach weekend, or a fun, more quiet, peaceful, historical, and educational vacation.

    If you want the first, then Myrtle Beach. If the latter, then Charleston (there’s more to do there than in Savannah)
