Well, we have a family of four. Two adults, and a 12 year old and a 9 year old. We want to go on a nice Vacation that best suits us. No place crowded. Somewhere everyone can have some have some fun.

You didn’t say where you were from and where you would like to end up, but consider the following areas:

LAS VEGAS= Although they are backing away from being a family destination, there are great hotels with lots to see and do like the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Besides, in the summer the rates are great and the crowds thin.
WILLIAMSBURG/VIRGINIA BEACH= Although it can be crowded in the summer, this would be a great family destination, not only for the recreation potential but the historical significance as well.
RENT A RV AND TOUR AMERICA= Take a cue from the Robin Willaims movie and rent a motorhome or travel trailer. This may be the ideal year to do this given your kids age and with the cost of gas being up, the rental rates and availability of RV’s will be much favorable. You’ll find gas and probably pay less than you thought. Just stay out of Connecticut!

i think california is a great place to go on vacation during the summer. it’s not always as hot and humid as other places. go to san francisco or go up higher on the coast to all the beaches. it depends on what you want to do, but the san francisco bay area has everything. good luck and have fun!
