Great video, esp about having water and sunscreen, but I would add BRING SHOES to the list too. A long trip on tender feet is slow, painful, and distressing.
The shells there are great. I even caught a live octopus on Captiva beach, it was struggling on the sand with the heavy tide and couldn’t get back into the Gulf. I scooped it up and put it in a bowl size tide pool out on a breaker rock to stay until the storm passed and night fell when it could escape.

Thats all really interesting… I found a couple of the sea urchins recently in florida, they were full carcasses, we made sure they were dead, but didnt take them because we thought they would smell. I wish I saw this video before the trip. Great job!
